Return & Refund Policy

• Return Window: 5 days from delivery.
• Condition: Unused, original packaging, tags intact.
• Non-Returnable: Customized, personalized, or clearance items.
• Process: Contact customercare@krafteria.com with order details.
• Refunds/Exchanges: After inspection, processed in 5–7 business days.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items require a full uncut video of unboxing.
• Handmade variations in color/texture are not defects.

• No video proof or incomplete video
• Damage caused after delivery
• Minor color/design variations
• Change of mind or ordering mistake
• Customized or made-to-order items

1. Email customercare@krafteria.com within 5 days of delivery
2. Include:
   • Order ID
   • Description of the issue
   • Full unedited unboxing video
3. We will respond within 2–4 business days

• Refunds processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• For COD orders, bank details may be requested.
• Bank/card processing times may vary.

Exchanges only possible if the same item or similar replacement is in stock. Handmade uniqueness may prevent exact replacements.

• Return Window: 7 days from receipt.
• Email customercare@krafteria.com with order ID, reason, and unedited unboxing video.
• Return Shipping: Customer bears cost except for defective/incorrect items. Use trackable courier. Duties/taxes non-refundable.
• Refunds: Processed to original payment method in 7–10 business days.
• Exchanges only if same/similar item is in stock and restocking fee of USD29 ($29) will be applicable.

• Minor imperfections are not defects.
• Returns not meeting conditions may be declined.
• All returns subject to Krafteria discretion.
• Placing an order indicates acceptance of this policy.
